at 8am: fruits juice 4oz, cereal or porridge.
10am: 2oz drinking water with biscuits.
12 noon: fish porridge/ vege porridge/ seafood porridge with drinking water.
3pm: bread/ biscuits with juice 4oz.
6pm: baked fish/grill fish/steam fish with baked broccoli and carrot or porridge and 4oz apple juice.
9pm: 6oz milk.
1am: 6oz milk.
6am: 6oz milk.
Basically Isaiah 白天都不肯喝奶,这大概是他这两个月来生活上最大的改变, 每次在白天给他泡的奶都给倒了,好浪费。一天喝的婴儿果汁和白开水就有20oz, milk is 18oz.
午夜想给他戒奶,有妈妈教我给孩子喝白开水,我有试过但是行不通,Isaiah总是翻来覆去睡不下去,所以就算了,爬起来给他泡奶喝了,大家才能够睡好觉:)
不过长期半夜喝奶会引起tooth decay,爸爸妈妈们有更好的方法吗?
